Alian Industry Company
Alian Industry Company is a Saudi closed joint-stock company based in Riyadh specialized in the field of manufacture and production of ready-mix concrete and Emmedue building Panels. Emmedue Panels are panels of treated polystyrene combined with a steel mesh, which are characterized by being easy to transport, install and suitable for all types of buildings and projects.
Our History
In 2017, the company completed the construction of its factory located in the north of Riyadh city, which is considered to be one of the best modern factories for the production of ready-mix concrete in accordance with the most up-to-date equipment
In 2018, Al Kathiri branch was converted into a limited liability company under the name of Alian Industry Company
In 2019, the company contracted with the Italian company EMMEDUE to establish a plant for the production of insulated concrete panels using modern building technology
In 2021, Alian Industry Company announced its conversion from a limited liability company to a closed joint-stock company
In 2018, Al Kathiri branch was converted into a limited liability company under the name of Alian Industry Company

Participate in the qualification for companies and individuals
Company Plants
Alian Industry Company owns two mixing plants (made in Germany – BHS) producing 120 cubic meters per hour, both of which are managed at our site in Riyadh city in conformity with their technical specifications.
Ready-mix Concrete Plant
The plant produces ready-mix concrete with a production capacity of 2000 cubic meters per day. Also, there is a technical department to supervise all aspects of quality in the plant. The central laboratory is fully equipped to deal with all raw materials to carry out tests according to ASTM and BS standards.
Building Technology Plant (Emmedue Panels)
The plant produces Emmedue panels with a production capacity of 1,300,00 square meters of panels annually on an industrial ِproperty from the Saudi Authority for Industrial cities, which is located in Sudair City for Industry and Business.
